"Also in HD" linkages miss their targets.
This is a long-standing fault in the Freesat EIT with BBC Four, CBeebies and, more recently, STV.
Most linkage descriptors are pointing to the wrong transponder.
For example

The target service, 2.2050.8931, is "not found" because 2050 is 10847 V and BBC Four HD is not on 10847 V

ALL the Linkages for STV miss their target.
Linkage: 2.2049.12130 = not found...
Not found because 2049 is 10832.25 H and STV HD is not on 10832.25 H
STV HD is 2.2036.12130, on 10993.75 H

Nick: As you have discovered, for ASTRA 28.2E, the standard DVB Event Information Table (EIT) is limited to Actual Transport Stream, present/following event information.
Both BSkyB and Freesat have proprietary EPGs which are unavailable to standard DVB devices.

The Freeview EPG has an overall cycle time of 270 seconds.
For some classes of events, the cycle time is shorter:
current day, current multiplex
9 seconds
current day, other multiplex
54 seconds
later days, current multiplex
27 seconds
later days, other multiplex
270 seconds
Assuming your signal is good, what apparently is appalling is the software in your telly.

All previous Slashless CRID errors have been corrected but because "RT HD" still has no default_authority, its CRIDs are Not Valid.

Could it be that you are recording only the audio description?
If both audio streams are present in your recordings, are you able so select the correct stream in your player?

Slashless CRIDs in the Freesat EIT
This Garbage has been in the Freesat EIT for the last four months.
Slashless CRIDs were the cause of serious problems with some (especially Sony) boxes on DTT a while back so I put a routine in my EIT parser which outputs a list of such CRIDs.
I don't know if these CRIDs are causing problems with Freesat devices or whether they actually work. Perhaps someone with a Freesat PVR might set one to record and report the result.
An essential part of the CRID is default_authority, which is missing for
truTV
Thane
Rishtey
Colors
RT HD
RT HD is doubly afflicted, being without default_authority and with Slashless CRIDs.
