You may wish to note Emley is listed for Planned Engineering this week.

There doesn't seem to be any reported faults that I can find, nor is Sudbury listed for Planned Engineering at present, however there are weather conditions that may affect some signals for some at this time, but if this is a regular problem rather than one that's just occurred that's probably not the case.
Which channels are you noticing the problems with?
Your location is predicted to have possible variable reception for the SDN/COM4 & ArqA/COM5 multiplexes.
See Channel listings for Industry Professionals | Freeview for TV channels are carried on which multiplexes.
It may be worth checking in your TV tuning section that you are correctly tuned to Sudbury's UHF channels as more than one transmitter could be picked up at your location.
The correct UHF channels are as listed at the top of the page.
If your tuning is all correct, it would be worth checking with your neighbours (as you are most likely on a communal system in a block of flats) to see if they have the same problems. Even if they don't it might be a good idea to speak to the management about getting your connection checked out, or the whole installation if neighbours have the same problem.

Andrew Healy:
Do you mean TV (LCN) channels 22 & 26 (on different multiplexes) or UHF channels 22 & 26?
Whichever, the transmitter isn't listed for Planned Engineering howver here are a number of other changes taking place which may have an effect

You may find some channels get misplaced in the 800s depending on the retune and have to manually clear things.

What sort of make/model booster is it and where is it located? Is it a splitter as well?
If it is an amp/splitter that is readily accessible does it have coax plugs in and out?
Can you couple the aerial input lead direct to one TV set feed using a straight coax coupler (similar to one of these - PHILEX Coax Coupler - Plastic 2 Pack - Philex Electronics Ltd )
Probably get one from a local ironmonger or hardware or tv shop if you haven't got one.
Power off the booster when you do so (in case it's giving out interference)
Does that improve the situation?
Did you get/should have got a postcard from www.restoretv.uk ?
It's possible that you may have a new/upgraded mobile phone mast nearby that's now causing you interference problems especially if you've seen an improvement when bypassing the booster/splitter.
If that's the case you should get a free filter from restoretv.uk
A filter should be fitted between the aerial and the input to the amp/splitter, NOT after it.
Visit that website for information. Click on Contact us and give them a call on 0808-1313-800
explain that you are now getting interference problems.

It's possible, though not listed, that the engineering work last week hasn't been completed.
Do you get the Local multiplex on UHF C37? If you don't normally get it, are your aerial rods (or squashed Xs) horizontal or vertical?
Predicted reception for you of the COM muxes is variable with horizontal polarisation but good with vertical but you'd lose the Local mux with vertical if you currently get it.
Can't currently find any reports of outages for Rowridge.

Phil:
Hi Phil. You should have a Group A aerial (although Groups K/T/Wideband would work) pointing at the Stockland Hill transmitter on compass bearing 304 degrees (slightly N of WNW) and its rods (or squashed Xs) should be horizontal. For the D3&4 multiplex carrying ITV/C4/C5 and some of their sister channels you need to tune to UHF channel 23.
If you have C4 & C5 etc and are just missing ITV your tuning memory may need to be cleared first, in which case unplug the aerial and carry out an automatic tune. This should clear the tuning as no channels should be found. Plug the aerial back in and repeat the retune, hopefully all channels will be restored.
If you aerial is not pointing at Stockland Hill but almost due E with the rods vertical, it's predicted to be poor reception from the Charmouth relay. the D3&4 mux is on C41, BBCA on C41, BBCB HD on C47.

Phil:
My apologies for the typo in the post above, the BBCA multiplex from Charmouth relay is on C44, not 41 which is D3&4 as stated.
