To be able to help you we you to give us your full post code, then we can see what the reception conditions are like at your location.
Meantime, please check all the aerial cables to ensure there are no loose connections, etc. Also check that your TV is tuned to the correct transmitter for your area.

It is essential to provide us with your full post code so that we can check the reception conditions at your location.

If your aerial is a Group A type it will not receive Channels 55 or 56. There is no such thing as a 'pre Freeview' aerial, all UHF aerials will work with Freeview provided they cover the required frequency range. A Group A aerial is suitable for all channels between 21 and 38 (as has always been the case). That is why we contributors have been recommending for quite some time that people have a wideband type aerial fitted so they can get all the available channels now and into the foreseeable future.
If your aerial is a Group A type and you do not have cable and/or satellite, then contact Freeview at https://www.freeview.com/…nges and look in the FAQ section. They may offer to replace your aerial free of charge if you meet the requirements. They will fit a wideband type at no cost to you, if you qualify.

A number of people have reported this. It is because they have a Group A type aerial that will not receive channels 55 or 56. Your aerial needs to be changed to a wideband type. Look at https://www.freeview.com/…nges and look in the FAQ section. They may well inspect your aerial and if you qualify they will offer you a free replacement using a wideband type. If you have a cable service or satellite they they will not off a free aerial change.

Please check what group aerial you are using. A Group A aerail will not receive Channels 55 and 56 reliably at all. The solution is to have a wideband aerial installed. As you have not given a full post code, I cannot look up which transmitter you are using and what aerial group it used before the recent changes.
You could contact the Freeview advice service, look at Important changes to Freeview TV signals | Freeview and look in the FAQ section. They will be able to assist with information and you may qualify for a free aerial replacement.

You have totally misunderstood the point of this website. It is NOT aimed at selling anything at all. Rather it is intended to assist viewers who are having reception problems with Freeview and/or Freesat channels. It is not trying to sell anything to anybody.

You may not need to spend anything, just contact Freeview at Important changes to Freeview TV signals | Freeview and look in the FAQ section. They have an advice service, or ring 03456 505050 to discuss having your aerial checked and maybe getting it replaced free of charge.

Difficult to tell for certain as such aerials can be configured during manufacture for any of the aerial groups. As the signal;s from Sutton Coldfield range from Channel 39 to Channel 56 (Logical Channels and not programme numbers) it means that Group B aerials may struggle to get decent reception of the upper channels. So a change to a wideband type (a log-periodic for preference) may be worth considering.
But do check all the aerial connections you can access - it is known that poor connection will affect reception performance. To do the check, unplug each aerial plug and socket, examine the wires to ensure they are fitted correctly and there are no short circuits and that the surfaces are clear of any corrosion (which will appear grey/white). Then re-insert the plugs into the correct sockets. Then recheck what channels are available. Note that for some services you need to have a TV capable of receiving Freeview HD.

Please contact True Entertainment themselves as this website has no connection with any broadcaster. They have a website at www.truemovies.tv

It is highly unlikely that you will get any reliable reception in Cambridge using an indoor aerial (in the same room as the TV). You are simply too far away from the Sandy Heath transmitter. An external aerial mounted on the roof or chimney stack is needed.
