Janice tyrrell: Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Is your aerial still pointing the same way as those or your neighbours? Do not attempt to retune.

Geoff S: Can you try that TV with it connected to the loft aerial (take it to another room if needed)? Has anything been moved around in that room? Indoor aerials can often have problems with signal reflections from people and objects. You may find that repositioning the indoor aerial will improve signal. Do not attempt to retune if all channels are working when connected to the loft aerial.

Peter Gilbert: Presumable you mean Freeview (Freeserve used to be an internet service provider which had nothing to do with TV). There are no reported problems with the Lark Stoke transmitter. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Please provide a full postcode so that we cans ee predicted coverage at your location. Do not attempt to retune.

PAULsneesby : Retuning was the worst thing to do as you've now deleted all of those missing channels which were tuned correctly to begin with. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV?

George Hayden: It looks like you're outside the coverage area for Radio Norfolk on DAB, there are no local stations listed on the DAB coverage link for your postcode (although you should have good reception of all the BBC national and commercial national stations).

Marcus: There are not TV services called Freeware or Freeway, did you mean Freesat? Motors TV is a commercial channel and the owners have decided that they can no longer justify the costs of broadcasting their channel via free to air satellite. There is still free to air coverage of various motorsport events on ITV4 and FreeSports.

Neil Hasted : Retuning is the worst thing to do when you loose channels as you are deleting all of your correctly tuned channels and searching for them again, it will never fix a sudden loss of signal.

Lorraine Jones: Rescanning was the worst thing to do as you've now deleted your channels which were correctly tuned to begin with. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Is your aerial still attached and pointing the same way as those of your neighbours? Please provide a full postcode so that we can see which transmitters you're able to receive, where you are in relation to them and your predicted coverage etc.
