paula: Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Which transmitter are you using? Please provide a full postcode so that we can see where you are in relation to the transmitter and your predicted coverage etc. Do not attempt to retune.

rob : Does it pick up any of the other stations on the D1 mulitplex, such as Classic FM or Radio X? If it does then try a factory reset (if such an option is available anywhere) and then scan for stations again.

Sharron: The owners of most of the music channels which were previously on Freesat have decided that they are no longer prepared to pay to have their channels listed on Freesat. Most can still be tuned in manually via non-Freesat mode.

harry mckay: We need a full postcode to see where you are in relation to the transmitter and your predicted signal strength etc? Are you using a rooftop aerial? Have you checked that there are no loose or damaged cables or connections, as far as you can safely access?

harry mckay: You're predicted to get a strong signal from Rosemarkie for all main multiplexes. Have you checked the cable from the aerial socket to your TV (try swapping it for another in case it's faulty/damaged)? Have you checked whether any of your neighbours in the building are suffering with the same problem? You'll need to get in touch with whoever is responsible for the communal aerial system and get them to send someone out to check it.

Geoff Punnett: There are no current plans which have been announced for any further rollout of DAB transmitters. It is expected that when the government eventually set a date for FM radio to be switched off that plans will then be announced for further DAB transmitters to be rolled out in areas which currently have FM reception but don't have the same BBC and local stations available on DAB.

Terry O'Dowd: If your TV has a manual tuning function in the menu then you can do a manual tune on the following UHF channels which should restore BBC North West & ITV Granada - C50, C59, C54 (if your TV receives HD channels).

ITV 3 +1

Luca Molin: No one on this website has any influence over the hours that ITV3 +1 (or any other channel) is broadcast on Freeview. You should direct your feedback to ITV via their own website as they are unlikely to see your post here.

Jackie: Or rather than replacing the entire TV, you could get a Freeview HD box for under 50 and connect that to your TV via HDMI (or SCART if the TV doesn't have a HDMI socket).
