Joan shepherd: You would need to ask the broadcaster, this website has no connection with True Entertainment or any other channel.

All free TV channels in the UK

Malcolm Collins: There is no need to shout. Which transmitter are you using? Most TVs have a manual tuning function, so if you find out which transmitter you're using then you can look up which UHF channel its broadcasts ITV on and do a manual tune on that frequency.

Ian Bryden: A number of new transmitters for the SDL multiplex which carries Virgin Radio were added in the autumn, however there has been no announcement of any further new transmitters.

Connecting it all up | Installing

penny: Your Sky box cannot receive Freeview, it only receives satellite signals. Connect the wires from the satellite dish to the 2 screw connectors on the back of the Sky+ box, then connect the SCART lead from the Sky box to the TV, switch it all on and then you will be able to receive most of the channels available on Freeview via your Sky box.

Michael Hampton: You could look at getting Freesat for your mother, which would give her most of the channels available on Freeview (any many others) via free to air satellite (i.e. without paying a subscription to Sky etc)

Duncan Andrew: There is only one version of Spotlight that covers the whole of the South West region, you won't get different interviews by using a different transmitter. They probably interviewed various people but didn't select the interview with your wife for broadcast (although you could always try contacting them and ask them to send you a copy).

Ian Morton: Resetting or retuning is the worst thing to do if you suddenly loose signal as all you are doing is deleting all of your correctly tuned channels and searching for them again, which will never fix a sudden loss of signal and often makes things worse as you will have no idea when the fault is fixed. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV and Manhattan box? I see there are some recent engineering notices for the Brighstone transmitter which you have posted under, this is unlikely to be planned engineering work over the Christmas period so it's possible that there may still be a transmitter fault.

Now Thats What I Call Music
Tuesday 25 December 2018 11:20AM

Mark: Now 80s is broadcast on the COM8 multiplex, which you should have good reception of from Emley Moor. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Are you missing any other channels such as BBC Four HD?

Hilary Woodward: The amount of viewers affected by 4G mobile interference is actually quite small according to recent figures (only 260,000 households) and is easily resolved by fitting a filter, which is what the device fitted in your loft most likely is. Your mother's new aerial will have been required due to a change in frequencies used by the transmitter serving her home, which is why it would have been provided free of charge. This work is paid for by the mobile phone networks who have gained much needed radio spectrum to provide mobile broadband services which are in ever increasing demand, it is not funded by government or from the TV licence. See the article linked below.

Keelylang Hill Full Freeview transmitter
Thursday 27 December 2018 11:24AM

Norman Brooks: Keelylang Hill is a full service transmitter (I'm not sure what information you've seen to suggest that is isn't) broadcasting all six main multiplexes, including COM4 where Paramount Network can be found. If you already receive Drama on Freeview channel 20 then just retune and Paramount should appear on 57.
