chris : The encoders on the PSB3 are set to switch between 1080i and 1080p dynamically depending on the pictures they are encoding. HD on only use 1080i as HD boxes don't support 1080p.

Don't retune your TV as this will just delete all of your channels and search for them again, making it more difficult to know when the fault has been found.

Dave: The band clearance was completed in August 2020 and the temporary COM7 on UHF 56 (which was never broadcast from ) closed at the end of June this year. There are no transmitters broadcasting on any above 694MHz, the 700MHz band is now used by the mobile networks for 4G and and the band has been used for 4G since 2013. A group K aerial will be suitable for receiving Midhurst (or any other ) in the vast majority of locations.

Nicholas Anderson: All the Welsh transmitters broadcast the same version of as those in England. You are probably thinking of S4C which is a completely separate Welsh language channel, which did show programmes from Channel 4 in the past up until completed due to Channel 4 analogue not being broadcast in . There has been no link or sharing of programmes between Channel 4 and S4C since then, with both being available from every in Wales.

Whatever you do don't attempt to retune as that will cause your TV to delete all the channels which are already correctly tuned before searching for them again, making it more difficult to see when the problem has been solved.
