Fadi: Perhaps the EPG information not showing is down to receiver being tuned to more than one transmitter. Caradon Hill is inline with Huntshaw Cross, to within a few degrees.
Bring up the signal strength screen on each of the following and identify which transmitter they are tuned to:
PSB1 - BBC One | HC=C50 | CH=C28
PSB2 - ITV | HC=C59 | CH=25
COM4 - ITV3 | HC=C48 | CH=C21
COM5 - Pick TV | HC=C52 | CH=C24
COM6 - Film4 | HC=C56 | CH=C27
HC=Huntshaw Cross | CH=Caradon Hill
If you find that you have a mixture then you should be able to prevent it from picking up Caradon Hill by having the aerial unplugged for the first half of the scan. This workaround is possible because all of Caradon Hill's channels are low, and therefore picked up early in the scan, and all of Huntshaw Cross' channels are high, and therefore picked up late in the scan.

David Welsh: Have you confirmed that your TV is receiving BBC services from Redruth by checking the signal strength screen? It should say that it is tuned to UHF channel 44 (658MHz). It could, perhaps, have defaulted to Caradon Hill on C28 (530MHz). If so, then run the tuning scan with the aerial unplugged for the first 30%, or until it gets to UHF channel 30.

Trevor Dobie: The answers to your questions are "never" and "never".
The Commercial channels which aren't carried from Marlborough and over 1,000 other similar small relays have no obligation to provide a public service, only one of making a profit:

As BBC TV regions cover multiple BBC local radio areas then each TV region would need to carry multiple radio stations so this isn't likely to happen. The only places where it does are in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales because the area of their "local" radio stations is the same of their BBC TV regions.

Simon27: Of the Dartford area in general, to the south east, which in the direction of Bluebell Hill, there is higher ground which prevents, or at least makes difficult, reception from it. For that reason I assume that most Dartfordians receive London programming from Crystal Palace.
You don't have line-of-sight to Bluebell Hill and to make matters worse you are at the bottom of a slope:

Simon27: Crystal Palace uses Group A channels exclusively, so your aerial may be a Group A one (red tip):

Bluebell Hill uses Group B channels except C54 which is one channel out which is probably neither here nor there.
Bluebell's COM channels are reckoned to be variable to poor, although predictors are somewhat rough owing to so many variables that can't possibly taken into account. Indeed, it takes into account possible interference from other transmitters and sometimes appears to be over-egging that interference.
You may have to use manual tuning. Have a look on your different boxes and TVs to see which will be most useful to you.
On the manual tune screen, enter/select the UHF channel number, but don't press the button to scan the channel; instead see if it gives you a reading of scrength and quality as many receivers do.

Kev: "HD Ready" means that it will show HD pictures, but does not have the means to receive them (in the UK) as it does not have a DVB-T2 tuner.
In Ireland there is just one multiplex and it uses DVB-T mode, the same as Freeview standard definition uses. RT Two HD is carried on this multiplex, thus the TV can receive it because it is capable of picking up DVB-T signals.
