Thomas Hartley: If you are receiving from the Emley Moor transmitter then the SLX brand filter shown on the link is one source, although 4G filters can be sourced from numerous outlets on e-bay.

That said, the next time you experience the problem it would be prudent to check with a neighbour to determine if they are also experiencing similar to yourself, as it can never be taken as a foregone conclusion that 4G is being tested out in the area and that this must be the cause of your problem as it could also be caused by numerous other reasons, however if indeed a 4G transmitter is being tested then its likely to be from the mast situated at the rear of the RPC yard in Raymond Street as this is close to Emley Moor's signal path.

Transmiitter: Stockland - Hi, my TV signal has suffering intermittent drop-out over last year or so, but it recently got much worse. Re-tuned regularly - then starting losing all Com6 channels. They re-tuned for while but with occasional signal loss, but in last week / 10 days no Com6 channels at all and now really bad signal drop-out across all channels inc usually robust BBCs. No apparent damage to aerial or any change to equipment etc (total channels that will even tune 86) - Any thoughts or help gratefully received. Ta - L

Thanks! Do we know if they are band/notch filters or (low/ high) pass filters? in bad loss or out of band rejection details?

Thanks

My aerial must be in the loft. I cannot get ITV3, 5* or 5USA. This has been a problem for several weeks. Before that I had no problems. Can you advise? My post code is OX25 5PR.

Hi, I have a friend living at SE10 8DZ. Using an indoor aerial (which we have swapped to rule out faulty aerial), we have removed the amp but the signal strength and quality still read 0%. All other channels are fine and prior to this the HD channel were also fine. Anyone got any ideas??

L H Leigh: The frequency of the SDN mux from the Oxford transmitter changed to C50 on 29th May 2013. Did you try a re-tune after this date? Do a manual tune for C50 if this is possible on your receiver. It might be necessary to perform a factory reset to delete the old frequency from the tuner's memory before scanning for channels.
