By providing a full postcode (such as W1A 1AA), national grid reference (for example SE123456) or latitude, longitude pair (like 54, -0.5) this page will provide a map, terrain plot and detailed information of the location showing the UK and RoI television transmitters that it is possible you receive Freeview, Freeview HD, Youview, BT TV and Saorview from.
(Don't know your postcode? Find it at Post Office Postcode finder).
UK Free TV uniquely shows you transmitter coverage maps, aerial to transmitter terrain plots, the closest 10 mobile phone masts (for possible 5G-at-800 interference) as well as tabulated information (sorted by direction, by received signal strength, by frequency, by service names or by transmitter name).

Some people having similar issues receiving Saorview and Freeview are wondering if they are now suffering 4G interference since recent channel changes.

Our TV is once again picking up Rowridge, since 365 aerials played with our setup.
Anyone recommend who can sort this for user

Is your aerial still pointing roughly SE with the rods vertical? because Rowridge is almost W from you!
If your aerial is still pointing at Whitehawk Hill (and that is the transmitter that you want), I would try a retune, first with the aerial unplugged to clear all existing tuning, and the plug the aerial back in and do another retune to see if that solves the issue.

Putting your postcode into the DigitalUK checker About us | Freeview shows you should be ok with the aerial pointing at Emley Moor (64km away) almost due SW (220deg) at your location - the rods should be horizontal. You should also get a very good signal from Bilsdale (36km away) aerial pointing just W of N (346deg), rods horizontal, but that's Tyne Tees region rather than Yorkshire which you probably know.
There are some retune events and reception changes coming up, you'll see the details if you use the checker which shows the first Emley Moor change on 23rd Oct. when COM8 moves from UHF34 to UHF56.

Chris.SE: it's been installed by people who claim to be professionals.
It's pointing at whitehawk hill, getting bbc1 south which is Rowridge, and bbc1 se on 800.
Channels are breaking up...

There is a retune event tomorrow (the 16th), the transmitter will go off-air sometime after midnight tonight and may not come on again until around 6 a.m on the new UHF channels.
I suggest you unplug the aerial and do an automatic retune to clear all previous tuning. If you did that earlier as advised and a retune after you plugged it back in gave the current tuning, I'd suggest a manual tune after you've cleared the current tuning. Click on that R's digitaluk trade link at the bottom of your post to see the new channels for Whitehawk Hill, they will be 48, 35, 36 (HD), 32, 34, 33.
