I have now lost all signal can you tell me what the problem might be?
The problem could be one of:
- the aerial has been moved or damaged;
- the cables or connectors that connect the digibox to the aerial are damaged;
- the digibox has broken.
If you have a "spare" digibox you use this to test the aerial connection. Can you still watch analogue TV OK?

Susan Elaine: Going purely on the basis of what you have said then there is no connection whatsoever with he problem you have mentioned being connected with your neighbours activities.
However its impossible for anyone to offer assistance without having knowledge of your location, a post code or one from nearby e.g: a shop/post office being suffice as access to transmitter status etc cannot be achieved without this info.

Angela: Try swapping the aerial lead that goes from the wall socket to the TV, this being so as to discount it as being a possibility. If it goes via a recorder box then try connecting the TV directly to the wall socket.
If the set has manual tuning then go to it and select/enter UHF channel 27 but don't press the button to scan. Instead, it will hopefully give you an indication of strength and quality on that channel (you will have to give it five or ten seconds to settle). Once you've done this, if the strength/quality of a signal is indicated, try scanning.
I would do the manual scan in lieu of performing repeated automatic scans as it potentially gives more information (strength/quality on the BBC channel) and is quicker.
It is also worth seeing if neighbours also have the same issue, but ensuring that they are using the terrestrial aerial system (Freeview) rather than the satellite one (Sky/Freesat). If they have do then this points to the aerial system and so you need to find out whether your neighbour has already reported it.

I have communal aerial which is freeview sky in my block of flats.
Please note we don't pay for Sky merely receive the free channels.
As of Sunday, I have lost signal for ITV, ITV2, 3 & 4 but can get the +1 channels for these.
Can get channel 4 but not +1 or E4, More4 or 4seven.
Also lost a number of music channels and other CBS channels.
Anyone else having these issues?
I'm in Hertfordshire
And have re-booted, re-scanned Skybox but no joy

All tvs stated no signal.. Managed to get hard drive retuned but no others. On same aerial so not that! One tv states found 118 channels but no picture or sound, other states 0channels found.
Is any work being done in BS22 area or any faults?

Brian Duffy: Same SONY problems here in NW2 in London! I lost my Freeview signal last night with the tuner built into my Sony RDR-HX recorder. The recorder itself is behaving strangely. However I still have signal via my Panasonic TV with Freeview. There is an update for certain models of Sony here: http://www.sony.co.uk/sup…_124
which apparently should have been done a long time ago - but obviosuly I had no way of knowing about it. Have tried it now - burnt a cd with update, inserted into Sony, all went well but cannot be finalised now. Can't even turn it off now.
