Maxwell : Apparently the issue lies with Comux, they're unable to broadcast closed captions.

Hi,
I missed one of your programs. Is it possible to 'catch up' and see it later this week ?
Thanks.

regine lemberger: This isn't London Live's website and unfortunately I can't see any catchup service on the channel's own site.

It would be good to see the exact coverage area of London Live by a map posted on their website. Presumably the coverage area would extend slightly when receiving from a high gain aerial.

Brian Butterworth: London Live have also added relays at Reigate & Hemel Hempstead to their coverage. Hemel is mostly infill for the local area to supplement Crystal Palace reception that is already part of the CP map. Reigate fills a gap to the south that is outside the CP coverage shown.

Hello,
I am confused.
I live in London (W9 1QJ) with a communal aerial, but cannot receive UHF 35 (London Live). I have a Humax 4000 Freeview box (DVB-T/T2). I'm sure I used to receive the channel a while ago. Although it says 'com8', which I thought was now 4G/5G phone signal.
According to the Crystal Palce coverage map, I am in the 'green' area, so should be able to receive it. Any advice/help greatfully received.
Regards
John

John:
On the Crystal Palace page the list at the top of the page is up-to-date. Unfortunately the site owner has not has time to amend the "change over time" list. The Local mux moved from C29 to C35 as the last part of the 700MHz Clearance programme in London.
According to Freeview you are predicted to have no problem receiving the Local mux on C35 in your postcode. It should be as good as the others. (Note both temporary muxes COMs 7&8 are now closed).
Try a manual tune on C35. As it's a Communal system you could check with your neighbours of they are getting UHF C35 with London Live on EPG LCN8. If they are, there could be a problem with the feed to your wall-plate. Whichever, you'll need to contact the management for the communal system to get them to fix it. If it's a channelised system they may not have set up C35!

John: Thank-you. Already tried a manual tune (DVB-T and DVB-T2). Will try my neighbours and then landlord. Once again, thank-you.
