I'm not sure if there's a commercial DAB multiplex operator for the Isle of Man, but in any event you'd need to contact OFCOM and discuss the type of station that you want to operate with them and see if they are able to consider the grant of the relevant licence(s).

I replied to your other post on the Douglas DAB transmitter page.
IF you are a DAB radio station licence holder, then you should know that you need to talk to OFCOM as well as any Multiplex Licence holders in areas that you wish to expand.
This is not any of those organisations' website, it's an independent technical helpsite.
And I don't advise posting personal details like phone numbers on publicly visible websites.

For the Llanfoist transmitter, your aerial should be pointing at compass bearing 9 degrees, that's 9 degrees east of due North.
The aerial rods (or squashed Xs) should be vertical. You should get good reception.
BUT be also aware that the transmitter is currently listed for Planned Engineering with "Screen may go black on all or certain channels".
If you have no signal, DO NOT RETUNE it usually clears your correct tuning.
To compound matters, there currently is periodic weather related "Tropospheric ducting" that can cause interference from distant transmitters for periods of time where you may lose signal, again don't retune. In your location there's also the possibility you could get signals from Mendip in certain circumstances, so if you have retuned, check in your TV's tuning section that you are correctly tuned to Llanfoists UHF channels which are C29, C31, & C37 (the last for HD).

It is most likely to be current weather conditions as I can't find any fault reports at present and "Tropospheric Ducting" which can cause interfering signals from distant transmitters in Europe or the UK to be more readily received. This is predicted to be quite variable over the next few days, and seems to be currently affecting the East and South-East.
Both Freeview and the BBC have current warnings about short term interference to reception.
Do NOT retune your TV.

IF you have retuned check in your TV Tuning Section that your are correctly tuned to Heathfield's UHF channels.
In the order BBCA/PSB1, D3&4/PSB2, BBCB HD/PSB3, SDN/COM4, ArqA/COM5, ArqB/COM6
The UHF channels are C41, C44, C47, C40, C43, & C46

Hi, you say no other channels are affected, 50 (LCN50) is carried on the Local multiplex, do you get the following (also on the Local multiplex) -
LCN7 Bristol TV, LCN52 GREAT! movies classic, LCN61 GREAT! movies +1, LCN68 RealityXtra, LCN207 Tiny Pop ?
If you are not getting any of them then you are not receiving the Local multiplex.
If you are getting any of them, it's possible that LCN50 may actually be in the 800s and your sets memory needs clearing, so unplug the aerial and do an automatic full retune. No channels should be found and this should clear memory.
Plug the aerial back in and do a retune. Hopefully all channels will be correctly restored.

Considering your location, it is most likely to be due to current weather conditions.
Both the BBC and Freeview have issued warnings for short term interference to reception.
It's due to what's called "Tropospheric Ducting" which can occur with high pressure and where Interference from distant transmitters in Europe or the UK can cause loss of signal for periods of time.
Do NOT retune as it can clear your correct tuning and you end up incorrectly tuned to another transmitter and the signals disappear when conditions change.
It's periodically affecting different parts of the country and at present seems to be affecting the whole East of the country, the whole of the South Coast and parts of West Wales.

I can't find any faults currently listed for the Bluebell Hill transmitter. It was listed for Planned Engineering last week and it's possible some work may be continuing although not listed. Depending on the work sometimes the "wrong" region is fed for a period of time.
However there may be other reasons that you are seeing London news. If at some point you had no signal and retuned (never advised if you were correctly tuned before as this usually just clears the correct tuning), you can end up tuned to the wrong transmitter, maybe Crystal Palace.
Check in your TV tuning section that you are correctly tuned to the UHF channels as listed in the post before yours.
If you haven't retuned, then note the remark about weather conditions. This is currently affecting the SE and you simply may be getting signal from another transmitter on the same channels. Nothing you can do except wait for conditions to change.
