Neville Howse: Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? What signal strength and quality readings do you get for PSB3 and what do you get for the other muxes?

George Burke: Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? There was a frequency change on 3rd October, did you retune after that? If you did and all of your channels were working since then you should not retune again.

Aer: Given that there are over 1100+ transmitter in the UK it just isn't practical to warn viewers of each individual relay in advance of planned engineering work as any on screen warning would have to be shown to the entire region at a minimum. If there is engineering work taking place today (no notice has appeared on this page) then the transmitter will normally be back on by late afternoon, depending on what time the work is completed.

Terence Meehan: If you've lost service on any channels due to a recent frequency change and don't have satellite or cable then you should be eligible to have a replacement wideband aerial fitted free of charge, which can be arranged by contacting the Freeview Advice Line (see link below).

Bruce Pickess: If you are getting 100% signal strength then you have as strong a signal as your radio can handle and you certainly aren't on the edge of the coverage area. Whether a station is available in mono or stereo on DAB is down to how much capacity the station's owner is prepared to pay for and has nothing to do with signal strength or how far you are from the transmitter.

David Mabo: This website has no connection with any broadcaster and it is unlikely that anyone from Flava or any other channel will see your comment here. You'd be better of contacting the channel directly via their own website.
