Lydia Tallis: This is not Pick's website and no one here has any more information beyond what is available in the TV schedules. Try contacting the broadcaster via their own website (Pick is owned by Sky).

Dilwyn Roberts: What make and model of radio do you have?

Patrick Stevens: Selkirk doesn't carry the temporary COM7 & COM8 multiplexes and will never do so. They are temporary services available from 30 main transmitters covering around 70% of UK households and are expected to close by 2022. I take it you mean that your TV supports Freeview HD (i.e. has a DVB-T2 tuner) as Full HD refers to the resolution of the screen panel and not the tuner.

Robert Norgrove : All multiplexes changed frequency at Dolgellau yesterday, so you will need to retune.

Rob: There are no changes reported for Sudbury in the last couple of weeks, although reception of some multiplexes aren't predicted to be the best at your location. Did you check for any loose or damaged cables or connections before sending your TV away, or did you just assume it was at fault?

TG4

James: Which part of the UK do you live in? In Northern Ireland TG4 is available from some Freeview transmitters. It is not broadcast in England, Wales or Scotland and it is encrypted on satellite where it can only be viewed on a Sky box with a subscription registered to an address in Ireland.

David Lloyd: This website is independent and no one here has any connection with any broadcaster or transmitter company. We therefore don't know what publicity there was ahead of the frequency change or why it was not more widely announced. The Freeview Advice Line (see link below) should be able to assist anyone who was not able to restore the missing channels by retuning.

Susan Parkes: Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Are any other channels missing? Was it working before you carried out any manual tuning? Please provide a full postcode so that we can see the predicted coverage at your location.

Sheila Beesley: The most likely explanation is that you have a fault somewhere in your aerial system. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Please provide a full postcode so that we can see the predicted coverage at your location.
