People in Dolgellau lost their television signal on Wednesday 17th October.
It did not return!
Unknown to the people of Dolgellau their televisions needed re-tuning as the frequency had been changed.

Why were we not informed please?

Thank you

David Lloyd: This website is independent and no one here has any connection with any broadcaster or transmitter company. We therefore don't know what publicity there was ahead of the frequency change or why it was not more widely announced. The Freeview Advice Line (see link below) should be able to assist anyone who was not able to restore the missing channels by retuning.
