A E Wheat: All of the additional transmitters were switched on several weeks ago. You may need to retune/rescan your radio if the stations are missing.

T.M. James: COM7 & COM8 are not being added to any additional transmitters. They are temporary services which are expected to close by 2022.

Wendy Dunnett: 12B refers to the frequency block which the BBC National multiplex is broadcast on. Most DAB radios will have a scan or autotune function which will search for and store a list of all stations available at your location.

Kiss (TV)

Jamie : No one on this website has any influence over which channels are broadcast on Freeview. Kiss TV can be streamed by going to 4 Music (channel 18) and pressing the red button on a compatible internet connected TV or set top box.

Steve: Have you checked that there are no loose or damaged connections on the aerial lead? Please provide a full postcode so that we can see your predicted signal strength etc.

alan morrison: This website is completely independant and has nothing to do with operating any transmitter. There are no faults showing on the Leamington Spa transmitter page, although I do note that the Digital UK coverage checker predicts that you should be able to get a good signal from the main Sutton Coldfield transmitter at your postcode. Have you checked that you're tuned to the correct transmitter? You may well be picking up signal from another transmitter off the side of the aerial. Also, have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV?

Peter Trayte: Crystal Palace has only ever broadcast BBC and ITV London news. You must have been picking up BBC South from another transmitter.

john barrowclough: The new building could be a factor if it is obstructing the path to the transmitter. Does it improve if you move the same radio to another room?

Stockland Hill (Devon, England) transmitter
Wednesday 5 December 2018 1:56PM

alan gooch: Stockland Hill is predicted to have poor signal at your postcode, with only the Budleigh Salterton Freeview Lite relay being predicted to provide good reception. What signal strength and quality do you get for ITV/Channel 4? Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV?

Winter Hill (Bolton, England) transmitter
Thursday 6 December 2018 11:31AM

Bob McCulloch: Retuning was a bad idea as you've now deleted your correctly tuned channels. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Please provide a full postcode so that we can see which transmitter you're using, where you are in relation to it and your predicted coverage etc.
