Viney Prakash: I write here as someone who's never used a satellite receiver, so it's probably wise to wait until one of the experts confirms, but I think you might be able to view said channel on a Freesat box with it set in "Non-Freesat" mode.
(It might be worth searching the internet for non-freesat mode.)
I know it was a popular question as to how to get Sky News on a Freesat box (it now having been added to the Freesat line-up). The explanation as to the procedure to add it in non-Freesat mode is here:

With that in mind, I wonder if you could go into non-Freesat mode and scan 11343MHz V.
I have no idea as to the disadvantages. I don't believe you will get any programme guide and how much of a faff it will be I can't say  this being that you will probably use the box in Freesat mode except for times when you wish to view Aastha and any other channel not on the Freesat platform.

Peter: E4+1 is on COM5 multiplex whereas E4 is on PSB2.
Is this problem new?
Check that PSB2 is tuned to Winter Hill rather than Darwen or Haslingden.
Do this by viewing the signal strength screen on ITV. It should say C59 (778MHz) and not C39 (618.2MHz or 618MHz) for Darwen or C23 (490MHz) for Haslingden.
If it's on Haslingden or Darwen then run the scan through with the aerial unplugged for the first 45% or so.

Dave: If you look at the radiation pattern of the local mux from Whitehawk Hill you will see that there is in fact a null in the direction of Patcham, which as I understand it is the area served by the Patcham relay.
(Go to the Whitehawk page and click "LBNV" on the map and you will see what I mean.).

Ginger: No, and when they do come they will be on lower power than the other channels, so I think you'll be pushing your luck to get them. Whitehawk Hill, adjacent to Brighton Racecourse, will not be carrying these channels.

Peter White: There's no easy way of knowing until you try. As you can see in this terrain plot there are a number of obstructions:

The ground close to you slopes upwards, plus at 2.5 miles there is Hatch Hill whose tree-covering is probably in the way.
Have neighbours got aerials on Bluebell Hill?
You would probably need a different aerial if yours is a Group A one.

I would retain your Crystal Palace aerial as a back-up. If it proves that Bluebell Hill reception is iffy, then you could always diplex the two:
Television Aerial Boosters / Amplifiers, Splitters, Diplexers & Triplexers
If you run the feeds from both aerials into your loft then you could switch aerials or diplex them without having to go up a ladder and you can do it in any weather.

Peter White: If you're looking to receive the new HD multiplexes (BBC Four HD, BBC News HD etc) then you will almost certainly only ever get this from Crystal Palace. The diplexer will allow you to view Bluebell Hill's regional programming plus the HD mux from Crystal Palace and all other channels that are the same from either transmitter.

Sean: As it happens at different times it would seem unlikely to be an issue with 4G signals in the 800MHz band because we'd expect them to be constant.
However, you can contact at800 which is the organisation set-up by the mobile operators and tasked with issues filters. Give them a ring and see if 4G is operating in your area - if it's not then the problem must be something else:

beth playfair: Because it timeshares with other services - only one service can be on at a time. Use a recorder on ITV3 then you can watch it at a time of your choosing, if the broadcast schedule does not suit.

KEVIN GARDINER: Al Jazeera Arabic is on COM7, which is the new quasi-national multiplex which carries HD services. It is available from 30 transmitters only, at lower power than other multiplexes.
At your location it is only likely to be available from Sutton Coldfield. Brierley Hill and The Wrekin do not and will not broadcast it.
