By providing a full postcode (such as W1A 1AA), national grid reference (for example SE123456) or latitude, longitude pair (like 54, -0.5) this page will provide a map, terrain plot and detailed information of the location showing the UK and RoI television transmitters that it is possible you receive Freeview, Freeview HD, Youview, BT TV and Saorview from.

(Don't know your postcode? Find it at Post Office Postcode finder).

UK Free TV uniquely shows you transmitter coverage maps, aerial to transmitter terrain plots, the closest 10 mobile phone masts (for possible 5G-at-800 interference) as well as tabulated information (sorted by direction, by received signal strength, by frequency, by service names or by transmitter name).

Walker: Try a manual tune on C22 if your receiver has a manual tuning facility. It is just possible this evening that out of area signals are causing interference to reception of the Belmont transmission.

KMJ,Derby: Perhaps copying and pasting your excellent advice earlier that: ' It is likely that you could have found signals from different transmitters to the one that your aerial points to. ' would cover most of the questions for the past day!

Perhaps Brianist could add this to the orginal retune page, because there seems to be loads of people convinced its all sort part of some 'plot'!

If you had the East Midlands Services prior to the retune, you will have been using either Waltham or Kimberley (Nottingham) transmitter. To decide which was used before the retune, take a look at your aerial. If the shorter bars are horizontal then you were using Waltham and should follow KMJ Derby's advice using the channel numbers for Waltham ( C49, C54, C58(HD), C29, C56, C57, C31(HD) and C26 (local)). The aerial will point roughly south east towards the Vale of Belvoir (where I used to live) and past the Home Brewery site. If your shorter bars are mounted vertically then you were using Kimberley and should tune to that again on C27, C24, C21(HD), C51, C52, C48, and C50 (local). The aerial for Kimberley will point just south of west towards Nuttal, Giltbrook and Kimberley.
Manually tuning these would be preferred so it does not 'accidentally' select the wrong transmitter.
Hope that helps?
