All the main channels keep dropping out tried returning still the same looks like there is some sort of problem, it's been like it all week, when will this problem be fixed, am I able to cancel my licence fee until you fix it as I'm paying for a service that you're not supplying.

have spent a whole week in Liphook with signal dropping in and out thought it had improved tonight but off we go again either low signal and blocky or no signal at all .When will this be fully fixed.

Lisa: I spent £20 on upgrading my loft distribution amp earlier, that has integral 4g filter, but still no signal in Liphook, getting very frustrated, missed most of Strictly. What am I paying my licence for?
