Beverley: You're in a blocks of flats which begs the question: are you using a communal aerial system? If you are then this must be the first suspect. Ask neighbours if they have the same issue, ensuring that they are using the terrestrial system and not satellite.

Jeanette you need to look in your tv manual,I would be very surprised if the bush tv has no analogue tuner,if it has no analogue then there is nothing you can do.. If it has analogue you need to make sure satellite receiver is turned on, carry out analogue tune and you will see duplicate picture of satellite channel ! You may have to store, it really is easy if your tv has facility, chris

We have arial on the roof and pointing towards London transmitter . Signal is split 2 ways. At the moment bbc signal is so poor that it constantly drops out on all bbc channels.
Has been like this for last 2 weeks approx , was ok before this
Bbc suggested retuning , tried this and it didn't improve

Jeanette Nicholson: Could you please clarify with regards to you having mentioned that you do NOT have an aerial? because should this be the case then you cannot receive Freeview channels albeit that you can Sky via the boxes RF2 output using the procedure as described by Chris hall.
