What sort of aerial are you using? That close to the transmitter reception should not be a problem. Make sure it's still pointing at the transmitter - about 8 degrees east of due N, and it's rods horizontal.
Check all your coax plugs etc for bad connections or corrosion. Remove them and plug them in again.
Have you changed anything? Make there are no HDMI leads close to aerial leads or flyleads.
You should be able to get excellent signals from the Crystal Palace transmitter, but if you are using an indoor aerial you may not reliably pick up signals at present as the transmitter is listed for Planned Engineering with "Possible weak signal".
If you retuned at any point when signals were missing, it will likely have just cleared the correct tuning and you'll need to retune again.
