Terri. We cannot help you i you dont want us to assist you as such,as you did not leave a full postcode preferably or a nearby location as such.
All i can say unless you provide a full postcode is to manually scan the ArqB multiplex from your nearest main transmitter or major relay mast as such !

Samantha,South side of Glasgow. We can certainly be of valuable help to you if you leave preferably a full postcode to ascertain the reception possibilities at your location, whether yer served from either from the main Black Hill main transmitter if yer aerial is horizontally polarised or whether yer served from a nearby relay mast denoting a vertical polarised aerial as such.

John Stone.Hockley,SS5 4JN.Are you still using a group B (yellow tipped) diplexed aerial for the COM multiplexes from Sudbury itself. That could be the answer to your predicament as such.If it is you will have to either change the group B aerial for a group C/D green tipped aerial,or group E brown tipped semi-wideband aerial for the diplexed part of your horizontally polarised aerial aimed at Sudbury for the SDN,ArqA and ArqB commercial multiplexes.

Floyd.Luton,LU3 1BE.
Having just read your posts just some moments earlier, first of all is your aerial polarised vertically facing most certainly the local Luton relay mast,or is it polarised horizontally facing most likely the Sandy Heath transmitter or possibly Crystal Palace transmitter. Also if i mind asking what colour are the tips of your aerial,is it externally on the roof, internally in the loft or a set-top aerial as such.
For a start if your aerial is vertically polarised facing the local Luton relay mast you will only receive the public service broadcast multiplexes (PSB) BBCA,D3+4 and if your appliance has an DVB-T2 tuner the BBCB (HD) mux as well.It will not receieve commercial service multiplexes (COM) SDN,ArqA and ArqB from Luton relay being a freeview lite mast itself.
If your aerial is polarised horizontally check the local news bulletins between 6pm-6.30pm on ITV1,if its Anglia News you receive you're definitely using Sandy Heath,if its London Tonight you receive instead then you're definitely using Crystal Palace. As for 6.30pm-7pm on BBC1 if it Look East then its Sandy Heath your tuned to,but if its London News instead then your tuned to Crystal Palace.
Can you list some of the channels that you currently receive by the frequencies concerned and list the frequencies too at the same time.
That way either myself or any others on this forum can give further valuable advice and assistance to you as such !

Brian. That is because the Rothesay relay is a freeview lite mast broadcasting only the public service broadcast multiplexes BBCA,D3+4 and if you have a DVB-T2 tuner the BBCB (HD) multiplex too.All freeview lite relays have no obligation to transmit SDN,ArqA and ArqB commercial multiplexes due to cost, hence why only two or three PSB (only) and zero COM multiplexes as such !

Dont forget Pontop Pike currently broadcasts both analogue and lower-powered pre-digital switched signals, the latter more so does tend to deteriorate prior to switchover due to ongoing works in preparation for the analogue/lower-powered pre-digital switch off soon.
But come Wednesday 12 September 2012 (DSO1) and again two weeks later Wednesday 26 September 2012 (DSO2) the new higher powered post-digital switch on will vastly improve both reception and simultaneously signal quality and strength too.

Shauna.High Peak,SK23 9TX.
If your aerial is vertically polarised facing Ladder Hill relay the answer is no you will not receive the new four seven (47) station on programme channel 47 on Freeview as this is carried on the ArqB multiplex on main transmitters and major relays only.
Ladder Hill is a freeview lite relay only broadcasting the PSB multiplexes BBCA,D3+4 and BBCB (HD) multiplexes (the latter only receivable via DVB-T2 tuners),it does not and will not never, ever broadcast COM multiplexes SDN,ArqA and ArqB multiplexes as such. The only way you can receive four seven (47) is to diplex your current vertically polarised Ladder Hill aimed aerial (group A relay,is it coloured red at its tips),with a second horizontally polarised aerial aimed either at Emley Moor (yellow tipped group B),or again polarised horizontally aimed at Winter Hill (either green tipped group C/D or brown tipped semi-wideband group E aerial).
That is the only way you can receive four seven (47).

John Mason.4seven will be available from Pontop Pike in the early hours of Wednesday morning 26 September 2012 DSO2 once the new higher powered ArqB multiplex is switched on.
As Dave Lindsay rightfully states it will not be available presently until then.
