According to the Digital UK postcode checker, Storeton broadcasts the Granada version of the PSB3 mux (carrying BBC 1 HD, BBC 2 HD, ITV Granada HD, Channel 4 HD, Channel 5 HD, CBBC HD & Film 4 +1) on UHF channel 22. There is a separate Welsh version broadcasting directionally towards North Wales (carrying BBC 1 Wales HD, BBC 2 HD, ITV Wales HD, Channel 4 HD, Channel 5 HD, CBBC HD & Film 4 +1) on UHF channel 60. I think there may have been some confusion in your conversation with Digital UK who are correct in saying that COM7 & COM8 are not broadcast from Storeton, however this means that viewers would need to use Winter Hill to get the additional HD channels on these muxes (i.e. BBC Four HD, CBeebies HD, BBC News HD, Channel 4 +1 HD, 4Seven HD, Al Jazeera HD, RT HD, QVC HD, etc). If you put a full postcode in to this website (or use Digital UK's checker) you will be able to see which multiplexes are available from which transmitters (along with their UHF channel allocations) at your location.

Robin: Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections? Resetting was a bad idea as you have now deleted all of your channels. Which transmitter are you using? Please provide a full postcode so that we can see where you are in relation to the transmitter and your predicted coverage etc.

Jean Spurr: Without knowing which transmitter you're using, no one can check if a fault has been reported. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Are both TVs connected to the same aerial and do you have an amplifier? Please provide a full postcode so that we can see which transmitter you're using, where you are in relation to it and your predicted coverage etc. Do not attempt to retune as this will never fix a weak signal.

reg gray: You most likely have a Group C/D aerial which is not designed to receive the lower frequency now used for the COM4 mux from the Dover transmitter. If you don't have satellite or cable you should be eligible to have a replacement wideband aerial fitted free of charge, which can be arranged by contacting the Freeview Advice Line (see link below).

Elizabeth Will: Possibly a loose connection, possibly interference, possibly some other reason. Start by checking for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV. To offer any specific advice we need to know which transmitter you're using, so please provide a full postcode which will enable us to see which transmitters you can receive, where you are in relation to them and your predicted coverage etc.

John Plummer: No one from this website can check or fix a possible problem with a mobile phone mast, only the mobile network who operate the mast can do that (although it's unlikely that all channels would be completely wiped out by interference from a mobile phone mast). Please provide a full postcode so that we can see the predicted coverage at your location.

Nick: There are no faults showing for the Sandy Heath transmitter. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV?

Kingston (Mrs): ITV working on channel 3? ITV3 moved multiplex a few weeks ago and can now be found on the PSB2 mux alongside ITV/Channel 4/Channel 5, so if those are working try retuning.

Allan Cousens: If you don't have satellite or cable you may be eligible to have your loft aerial replaced with a wideband type free of charge, which can be arranged by contacting the Freeview Advice Line (see link below). The only future planned changed which affect Crystal Palace are that COM7 & COM8 are expected to close by 2022, there have been no other frequency changes announced for Crystal Palace.
