Paul: This is an independent website for technical help with TV and radio reception problems. Posting your phone number is a bad idea and it is unlikely that anyone from the broadcaster will see your message.

nick horrex: Digital UK's postcode checker gives full details of which muxes are moving and to which UHF channels. Either enter your own postcode or click the link giving the transmitter's postcode at the top of the page.

Tony Smith: Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? The broadcast power at the transmitter doesn't vary at different times of the day so it's more likely that you either have a fault or are suffering with interference.

Louise Williams: Retuning was a bad idea as you've now deleted the missing channels which were correctly tuned in the first place. Have you tried contacting ITV viewer services (see link below)?

Mr windler: Nothing strange, just a product that hasn't had it's full capabilities printed on the packaging/description. It will save having to replace in a few years if most DAB stations switch to DAB+ as some people are predicting will happen (no plans have been announced so this is just speculation).

Martin R: Have you tried manual tuning on UHF channel 35? Does it report any signal strength/quality if you wait a few seconds after entering/selecting C35 before you press OK/scan?
