Iva: What signal strength and quality readings do you get on the channels when they are working? Please provide a full postcode so that we can see your predicted coverage. Also, you do not not have a digital aerial as no such thing exists (an aerial is a piece of metal which receives radio signals and does not know or care if they are digital or analogue).

Jackie Weston: BBC iPlayer uses your internet connection, so have you checker that your TV is still connected to your router either via wifi or ethernet cable?

Ivan Butters: You should be able to get the PSB channels from Rowridge, however the COM muxes aren't predicted to have a good signal from Rowrdige at your location. I would suggest that you either talk to a local aerial installer who should know what is likely to be possible or look at getting Freesat.

Eric: Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Which transmitter are you using? Please provide a full postcode so that we can see where you are in relation to the transmitter and your predicted coverage etc.

DJB: You'll have to see what happens, although bare in mind that COM7 is due to reduce power to just under the level of COM8 from Tacolneston when it changes frequency on Wednesday

Tina McDonnell: If the problem is happening at the same time every day then the most likely explanation is that you're getting electrical interference from something nearby operating on a timer. Do your (or your immediate neighbours) have anything with an electric motor operating at the times that you're loosing signal?

Tina McDonnell: Transmitters don't reduce their broadcast power at certain times of the day so a transmitter fault is very unlikely. You need to track down the source of the interference and get whoever is responsible to repair or replace the equipment causing it.

Tony Ferguson: There is only one version of BBC One HD for the whole of England, which doesn't have any local news, hence why you see the not available in your area message.
