It's not "our" signal, this is an independent help site, that said your predicted reception is from the Sutton Coldfield transmitter which is currently listed for Planned Engineering with "Possible weak signal" so this may be the cause of your issue. I am surprised that work might be continuing over the bank holiday weekend, but as Arqiva never give details of the work, it may be essential.
However, there has also been some talk of the possibility of atmospherics disrupting reception over the bank holiday - Tropospheric Ducting - see How clear skies and fine weather can affect your TV reception | Help receiving TV and radio and the linked page.
If you lose signal and try retuning you may get signals from a different transmitter and lose them again as the propagation changes, and then you'll have to retune again and maybe unsuccessful in getting your regular signals back until the disruption subsides.

Has your TV got a T2 (HD) tuner? It won't get HD channels otherwise. If you had HD channels before, it may be that because the transmitter is currently listed for Planned Engineering with "Possible weak signal" you may not have received them if you were tuning.
However, although I'm not quite sure what exactly you mean by "albeit top 2m100% then rest drop down", the UHF channels you've listed are not all Bluebell Hill.
The correct UHF channels are C32, C34, C45(HD); C40, C43, C46; C55&C56 (COMs7&8 HD); C21 (Local) -
That's for PSB1/BBCA, PSB2/D3&4, PSB3/BBCB; COMs4-6; COMs7&8; & Local in that order.
C23 & C26 are from another transmitter, most likely Crystal Palace.
I would unplug the aerial and do an automatic full retune to clear existing tuning (as nothing will be found), then plug it back in and carry out a manual tune on the UHF channels I've listed.

Without a full postcode it's not possible to look at the predicted reception at your location and which transmitter(s) and multiplexes you might be able to receive. There are many (main) transmitters listed for Planned Engineering at present with "Possible weak signal" which MIGHT be the explanation, but we need to see what the Freeview Detailed Coverage Checker is giving for your location.

To add to the above, it might be helpful if you could say which direction your aerial is pointing and whether the rods are vertical or horizontal.

Alan Haynes:
That will rather depend on which way your aerial is pointing, there are actually a number of choices that you might receive, most requiring ideally a Group K aerial (although Group T /Wideband would do), but the most reliable are likely to be the main Sudbury transmitter which has all 6 main multiplexes or the Felixstowe Light transmitter which only has the 3 main PSB multiplexes (PSB1/BBCA, PSB2/D3&4, PSB3/BBCB HD).
For Sudbury, the aerial should be pointing virtually due W (bearing 273 degrees) with the rods horizontal, and for the Felixstowe relay, bearing 156 to 159 degrees depending on exact location, that's approx. SSE, rods vertical.
For Sudbury, PSBs1-3, COMs 4-6, it's UHF C44, C41, C47, C29, C31, C37 and
For Felxistowe, PSBs1-3, it's UHF C33, C35, C42
If you don't have an HD/T2 tuner, ignore C47 and C42.
