K couper: There are no faults showing for the transmitter. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV?

PBS America

Geoffrey Kirkham: If the communal aerial is pointed at Tacolneston then you should be able to get a good signal for PBS America on COM8, although you will need a TV or set top box/PVR which receives the HD channels. If you can get BBC One HD on channel 101 then you should contact whoever is responsible for maintaining the communal aerial system as it may need adjusting following frequency changes which took place last year.

Keith: Sony Crime Channel has moved to the local multiplex, so it is now only available if you can receive a local TV station on either channel 7 or 8. You would still loose the channel if you didn't retune, as it has been removed from it's previous capacity and replaced with another channel.

G. tarr: If you're only getting 10% signal strength then you have a fault somewhere. Getting someone out to investigate sounds like a sensible idea.

William Blake: Official advice since digital terrestrial TV began over 20 years ago has been to fit a wideband aerial as many transmitters started to broadcast on frequencies outside of their original grouping. Who advised you to have a Group A aerial fitted?
