Paul.: Yes, thought that was the case, especially given the region.
It wasn't specifically mentioned in the Arqiva statement, as I recall.
Seeing a working DVB-T multiplex on a satellite transponder is a bit strange, and I did some head scratching at first!
There had been a HD colour bars test with a News category on the transponder for a while.
There are now three regular transponders that are not in the ASTRA/BSkyB NIT - this one, Freesat, and the Astra UHD Demo transponder.
On the Freesat transponder, Arqiva is the service provider for talkSPORT Dist, consisting of three AAC audio streams, and what appears to be three DAB multiplexes, with names D1 DAB, SDL nATL and BBC NDRA.

Due to my usual weekly, or in this case, bi-weekly, AltDVB channel scan, I discovered that Al Jazeera HD had acquired the Freesat SI streams - a sure-fire indication that it would soon be on Freesat:

Today, my Freesat differ program tells me that along with the BBC RED BUTTON streams, "Al Jazeera Eng" has been added to the Freesat test region.
Note - and this is Top Secret - use postcode am1 to access the test region. (I cracked the postcode to region table ten years ago and have to admit being pleased with myself for having done so. Has anyone else? Would love to hear from you.)
