Ivan Douglas: Durris is a main transmitter, if there were a fault there would be many complaints and it would have been fixed in much less time than 2 weeks, so it's far more likely that there is a fault at your end somewhere. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV?

Gillian Shipp: It's likely that you picked up a different transmitter when you retuned yesterday. Please provide a full postcode so that we can see which transmitters you're able to receive and where you are in relation to them, as well as your predicted signal strength etc.

Jeremy: All Freeview transmitters broadcast HD channels. HD Ready only refers to the screen being able to show a picture from a HD source and does not indicate that your TV has a DVB-T2 tuner necessary to receive HD channels on Freeview. If this is the case you could purchase a Freeview HD box and connect it to your TV via HDMI cable to receive HD channels.

david: Keep It Country is on the COM7 multiplex which is not broadcast from Limavady.

Deirdre Kearney: Retuning is the worst thing to do if your channels disappear and is never recommended unless you have eliminated all other possible causes of the problem.

david: RT is found on COM6, you're probably getting confused with RT HD which is on COM7 along with Keep It Country. As per my reply to your other post, COM7 isn't broadcast from Limavady. It isn't predicted to be receivable at your postcode from Divis.

Colin Berwick: There are no faults showing for Sudbury. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Do not attempt to retune.

Clonk: COM7 & COM8 are broadcast at much lower power than the other multiplexes (although COM8 is to receive a slight power increase from Winter Hill early next year). The Digital UK postcode checker actually predicts good reception from Winter Hill at your postcode so it may be worth a try with turning your aerial around.

Geoff Baldwin: COM7 & COM8 changed frequency at Crystal Palace several months ago and now reside in the upper part of the UHF band which the Group A aerial that you most likely have isn't designed to receive. Had you acted at the time of the change you would have likely been eligible to have a replacement wideband aerial fitted free of charge, but I suspect too much time has passed for that to be available now.

Wendy: You need to talk to the care home management about it, there is nothing anyone on this website can do to change the channels being received. If you provide a full postcode for the care home we can see what might be available if they were to get their aerial changed.

Bernard: This is not ITV's website and no one here has any control over channel listings.
