mark: Indoor aerials tend to be very hit and miss at receiving all possible signals. A different location in the room might give ITV1, Channel 4 etc but lose the BBC channels.Reception is usually better close to a window facing the transmitter if this is a possibility. The digital UK postcode checker shows Maesteg to give the strongest signals on C25 for BBC channels and C22 for Mux D3+4. The Wenvoe transmitter offers good reception on all six muxes with Mux BBCA on C41+, Mux D3+4 on C44 and Mux ArqB on C49. From 27th April 2011 Mux SDN will be on C42+ and Mux ArqA on C45.If possible it would be worth having an outdoor aerial set on Wenvoe for your Freeview reception.

ken picton: Yes, probably they will improve. Pick TV (channel 11) is on the SDN multiplex and 5* (channel 30) is on ArqA. These multiplexes are currently running on low power and channels with more interference. They will reach final channels and full power on the 27th.
