Yesterday I had to re-use my channels. Hooray! I could see many new ones, Dave etc. Today I was told to re-tune once again which I did. Now it's back to the old line up, losing the new ones. I have been told to re-use tune 4 or 5 times since the transmitter went off recently. Please can I have the ones I had yesterday, with the increased number of freeview channels again?

Gillian Shipp: It's likely that you picked up a different transmitter when you retuned yesterday. Please provide a full postcode so that we can see which transmitters you're able to receive and where you are in relation to them, as well as your predicted signal strength etc.
