sy20 9tf aerial in garden

We are only getting an intermittent freeview signal. Sometimes it is just a broken picture and sound, other times there is a blackout for anything between a minute and several hours.

we used to only get this when it rained heavily or there was a gale, but now it happens every day.

help us please

christina miller: If you regularly experience problems during heavy rain it is likely that water is getting into the cable from the aerial. When you say the aerial is in the garden, do you mean it is mounted on the outside of your house or is it attached to a separate mast or type of structure separate from your house?
