We have all bbc channels but no others. We have built in freeview and aerial and do not usually have any problems. Our neighbour has also lost all her freeview channels. This has been going on for a week so far. We have returned but cannot add any channels which our TV normally does automatically. What's wrong with freeview

Mrs Hughes: Retuning was a bad idea as you have now deleted some of your channels which were correctly tuned to begin with. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Is this neighbour in the same building using a communal aerial system or are they in a separate property with their own aerial?
