Dear sir /madam, live in the Lincoln area, over the last several days we have been having this very annoying and irritating horrible voice over, the voice is garbled sometimes, but it keeps cutting in on all different programmes, the voice sounds like it comes through an electronic voice box, it keeps on repeating what is going on in front of us, Like A CAR DRAWS UP, THE PERSON GETS OUT AND THEN WE GO BACK TO CONTINUING THE PROGRAM, UNTIL THE NEXT TIME IT BREAKS IT. it is spoiling the programs, as i have lost my wife and end up watching tv a lot.

MAURICE LOWE: That would be audio description, which you have turned on by accident. Look for a button labelled AD on your remote, or an option to turn Audio Description on/off in the settings menu.
