Paul Todmorden. You could always try the main Winter Hill transmitter using a Yagi 18C (group C/D) or XB16E (group E) horizontally polarised aerial,it is a possibility !

Mark: Winter Hill is only 30km away but the line of site is blocked by a nearby hill. If only I lived high on the north side of the Calder valley :). Looks like my only option is satellite if I can a place to put a dish.

We live in the postcode area of OL14 5JH, Todmorden, Lancashire and have had no digital reception since tea time yesterday. From what I can make out from the information above this particular transmitter is 'off air'. Can you please let us know what is happening and when transmission will be restored.

Why was it off air? It's the second time in less than a fortnight. And why doesn't Arqiva have an email contact?

It's been off air for an hour now (1.10pm) and it's been very dodgy for at least a fortnight. About time Arqiva earned their money.
