J Hall: You will get the new service from the transmitter to which your aerial points, but as you have not provided a full postcode I can't be more specific.

The transmission equipment at Totley Rise (actually in Poynton Wood Glade) has a problem though probably not for those who receive the signals.

For some days now there has been a loud noise of what sounds like a dodgy fan. I imagine that this would not be evident if the transmission is still operating normally.

But it's disturbing for those living nearby.

Can you check it for us?

John Milsom:

Please contact Arqiva who operate the transmitters. You can contact them on enquiries@arqiva.com.

This website is entirely independent of all broadcasters abd does not operate any transmitters.
