MAGIC is a public digital radio station radio. UK Free TV shows the coverage area for a radio transmitter as a coloured overlay (orange for FM, other colours for DAB) on the grey map. We have computed the coverage by combining the terrain with the official radiation pattern. A single click will select the transmitter to view the coverage for a single site, and a double click goes to a page showing full details. Click on the buttons in the right-hand corner of the map to choose from different frequencies (or multiplexes for DAB).

Mrs Murphy: Not quite sure what you mean... Analogue radio on 105.4MHz | ukfree.tv - 12 years of independent, free digital TV advice lists the UK on that .

Not *ALL* local radio are on in all areas ... yet.

have 2 radio's i can receive magic soul summer on 1 radio, tried to re-tune other radio in to the but can not find it, i have tried re-tuning manually and auto, i have shut off the radio and tried again but still nothing.Advice please.thank you

Sonia: Hi, Sonia. I replied to you on Sunday (yesterday at 8:38 a.m.) Since then, I've had another idea that is that Magic Soul Summer could be transmitted in + (DAB Plus) format rather than ordinary DAB. This could explain the reason for your being able to receive the on one of your DAB radios but not the other if the radio on which you cannot receive Magic Soul Summer is the DAB radio that you own which doesn't support DAB+. It tends to be only DAB radios that people have bought fairly recently that definitely support DAB+, whereas DAB radios bought some years ago didn't have the DAB plus circuitry built in. You can even buy cheap DAB radios to this day that don't support DAB+ whereas those that are a little dearer tend to do so. Richard, Norwich.

Alan hardy: Magic is broadcast on the D1 national which has several transmitters covering South Yorkshire, if you can give a more exact location someone may be able to offer more specific advice. Does your car radio have a manual tuning function? If it does, try tuning block 11D which should give you Magic and a number of other national commercial stations such as Classic FM, Absolute, Talk Sport, Radio X, etc.
