Richmond: Digital TV and DAB radio both returned to service from Crockerton at 8.03pm according to BBC engineering information.

Good morning,
My aged mother can't get either BBC1 or 2 on either of her TVs. She has called her local company who deal with tv/Ariel/Sky installations and problems who have confirmed the transmitter is OK.
Her post code is BA129PB and her local transmitter is located at Crockerton. Do you know of any problems/reasons why she is experiencing problems?

Beverley Wallis : There are no faults showing for the transmitter so someone needs to check your mother's aerial system. It could be a simple as a loose connection or a damaged cable behind the TV.
P.S. It's never a good idea to post your phone number online, no one here needs to know it and no one from an unofficial technical help website is going to call you, but cold callers could easily add it to their lists etc.
