We can see the Hughenden transmitter one mile away but currently use the Crystal Palace transmitter to receive a greater selection of channels. After the change over would our best option be to redirect our roof ariel to pick up from Hughenden rather than Crystal Palace?

R Turner: No, stay with Crystal Palace.

Hughenden will only transmit the Public Service Broadcaster multiplexes which carry BBC, ITV1, ITV2, C4, E4, More4, C5, HD and a few others.

The power increase from Crystal Palace at switchover should hopefully smooth out any intermittent signals you are receiving from it.
