Look at the entry immediately above yours! It states that the Ludlow transmitter was off air from 0908 until 1000 today.

L.Price: There is a transmitter engineering notice on the previous page dated Monday 12th December warning of possible service interruptions for Ludlow so it seems likely that the outage is due to planned engineering work. Do not attempt to retune, your channels will return when the work is completed.
