I am at bn10 7sy and we have no reception, it just says there is no signal. It went off just after 9am.

There is transmitter engineering work being done currently on your transmitter and they do not say when it will be finished, though it is usually just a few hours. DO NOT RETUNE until AFTER the work has been completed. Your TV should tell you when to do that.
