Hi, On Sunday 18th , early evening I started to get broken transmission on all ITV , 4 & 5 channels. The HD channels were fine as were all the BBC channels. I checked again on the 19th and got the same result with the message no signal coming up on the affected channels. I have just reset and have all the channels that were working, but ITV/ITV+1/ITV2/ITV4/Channel 4/Channel 4 +1/More 4/E4/Channel 5 and Film 4 have disappeared. Bizarrely Film 4 + 1 is available along with the HD channels and all BBC output.
My postcode is EX2 4EU
Any suggestions?

Denise: Resetting/retuning your TV was a bad idea as you've now deleted a bunch of channels that were correctly tuned. There are no faults showing for any of the transmitters that serve your location, so start by checking for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV, then along the aerial lead as far as you can safely access.

Joyce: ITV3 changed multiplex earlier this year, you will need to retune if you haven't already done so.
