Many Mendip relays do not need COM muxs as they can be received from Wenvoe.

Will Hutton change to the final DSO channels the same time as the Mendip retune on the 28th?

Gareth Smart: Yes, as Mendip will be using C48 and C52 from that date Hutton viewers will need to retune to C59 and C62-. There will be a further retune at both transmitters on a date to be anounced as C61 and C62 are included in the frequencies being cleared for 4G use.

A few weeks ago I had a message appear on my TV saying that I had to re-tune on the 28th September after 9am; otherwise I would risk losing channels. I did that this morning and now I have BBC Wales and have a lost some of my channels, what can I do? Thanks.

In Hutton, in view of the transmitter and aerial in loft. I re-tuned the digital TV this Saturday 8th Oct 2011. It took a few goes before I found out how to receive BBC West and not Wales. But during this week, I get "no signal" for BBC and instead have had to select Wales. Prior to the switch over, all the digital chanels were fine.

Since retuning after changes to Hutton transmitter on 28 Sep we lose channels in SDN, ARQA and ARQB multiplexes every time we switch off the TV, either power off or on standby.

Jo W: As Hutton doesn't carry those multiplexes, you will be getting them from Mendip or Wenvoe.
You can usually resolve the "not storing" problem by doing this: My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+1, has no sound or the channel line up is wrong | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice .
