Having the same issues as David Mansell.
Started whilst I was at work Tuesday 25th, since then I have perfect HD reception, blocking on SD.
Various TVs and PVR boxes report signal strength 70 to 98%, always with quality 100%.
LG TV asked (yet again!) for a channel map change retune this afternoon, but no change - still blocking on SD.
Outdoor aerial top of chimney, DA in loft renewed last year, line of sight to Tod relay. Not a single reception problem before this.
I'd love to know what's going on - now 2 people here having the same issue with no change to their kit. Appreciate there are reports of engineering work, but seems odd.

It's off again since 7.44 pm. BBC reception site says engineering work taking place. Luckily I can watch the football via the internet.

David Mansell:
It's likely to be due to the way the information is currently collated automatically and posted on the various transmitter pages. I think there are some bugs in the system at present which I believe are currently being looked at.

More importantly, why have I lost channels 45 (Film4 + 1) and 86 (More4 +1) and gained Channel 65 (TBN - an unwatchable American religious channel) from the Todmorden relay?

David Mansell: Channel 4 have decided to move Film 4 +1 and More 4 +1 to commercial multiplexes, which are not broadcast from Freeview Lite relays such as Todmorden. TBN have taken over the capacity on PSB3 which was previously used by More 4 +1 (this is almost certainly at greater cost to them than the commercial multiplex capacity they broadcasting on previously).

Yes, you're quite right. Freeview seemed quite surprised when I told them that I used to receive 45 and 86. The rubric for the Todmorden relay on this page needs to be changed.

David Mansell:
As has been mentioned many times around the ukfreetv site, the site owner has not been able to keep up with all the changes resulting from the 700MHz clearance. Regular posters generally refer people to Freeview | All your favourite TV shows, all in one place and all for free as the best place to get information. Post here if you have a technical query/problem which we might be able to help with.
