No signal in Woodbridge IP12 1NL. Can't believe it's 90 mins since problem first reported here and yet Aldeburgh tx status is still 'no problems'.

We have had no signal since early this morning here in Butley, but website shows no problems with Aldeburgh Transmitter. does anybody know how long it's likely to be off ???

Two hours ago (see my posting above) UK Power Networks' map showed no power outages in and around Aldeburgh. Now it shows one which could affect the transmitting station:

I'm surprised the transmitting stations don't have backup generators. And even more surprised that over 4 hours later Radio & Television Investigation Service still reports no problems. (IP121NL)

Mike B: The main ones and larger relays do. Some have two incoming power supplies.
