Which companies have run the Channel 3 services in the Crystal Palace transmitter area
Antony: There are no plans to add additional multiplexes to any transmitters. The commercial broadcasters were offered the chance to broadcast from further transmitters at digital switchover but declined, probably due to the costs involved not being worthwhile for the increased audience it would allow them to reach.

Antony: Hi, Antony. As StvensOnlln1 states, it's all about commercial viability. If you should wish to receive 'Dave' at your location, you would need to try to get your Freeview signal from Crystal Palace, probably your nearest Full Freeview transmitter, or pay for the channel via Sky or Virgin Media. I'm assuming that you're not prepared to pay out for either a sophisticated receiving setup to pick up Crystal Palace nor a subscription to Sky or Virgin Media, just for this one channel? Richard, Norwich.
