Lindsey Thomas: Nothing is listed on the engineering notice boards with regards to problems connected with the transmitters that cover your area. However, images on a Google earth check suggest that the properties in question "might" be on a communal aerial system? if this proves to be the case then your problem is most likely caused by a fault having developed in the communal aerial system, such as failure of the distribution amplifier.
Further info dependent on feedback.

Hi our aerial is on the roof with a booster we are in Bh121by I have to retune our tv about twice a week because it starts to pixelate I only get the choice on screen of the Salisbury,Southampton or south antenna I would think it better to tune it to the Poole antenna but it doesn't come up as a s option any advice thanks

Steven grundy: Continually retuning will never fix a problem with weak signal. The Poole transmitter shows a very weak signal at your location and is unlikely to give you any watchable channels. The only transmitters which are predicted to give a good signal at your location are Rowridge VP or Westbourne (lite relay which only carries around 20 channels). Start by checking for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV, but if that doesn't solve the problem you probably need to get someone to check the aerial and booster.
