Richard Newman:

Skriag does not transmit COM7, which is where it would normally be. It was present for the duration of the Olympics on PSB3 but is no longer offered on that , things having been returned to the normal correct settings since the Olympics finished.

There are many similar questions on this website that have all been answered in a similar way.
