why say transmitter engineering when it is a breakdown or supply fault ,failed at 4am failed again at 11am so why not admit as BREAKDOWN and don't try to treat people as idiot's, implying maintenance engineering

Completely losing all BBC channels over the last two weeks. Fine most of today (25th May)but again off at 10.00pm with no indications on line of a problem. Checks suggest everything ok here but this is wholly unacceptable.

Freeview problem at DG1 3LN. Ariel on roof and I've tried retuning on both my televisions which only resulted in losing all BBC channels which were stored. Has been OK all of today but went off again at 10.00pm. I can still receive ITV, Channel 4 & 5 and have been trying without success to get an answer on line. This has been going on for around 2 weeks.
